Debt Counselor - ROCHESTER & BUFFALO CALL CENTERS!

Our Debt Counselors manage and collect delinquent student loan accounts. Our consultative approach helps debtors identify the most suitable way to resolve a balance in the best interests of all parties.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Willingness to work two evenings per week until 10:00 p.m. and 2 Saturday mornings per month.
• Experience in Collections, Sales, Customer Service, and/or Call Centers is preferred, but not required. Paid, onsite training will be provided.
