Validation Their Systems Exceed Industry Standards
Rochester, N.Y. – Continental Service Group, Inc., d/b/a: ConServe, proudly announces that it has successfully renewed its ACA International Professional Practices Management System (PPMS) accreditation once again. As a longtime PPMS-certified company, 2016 marks 15 years of successive PPMS endorsement. Representing the collection industry's standard for quality management, this accolade is earned by less than 1% of collection agencies nationwide. The current certification is effective from August 2016 through August 2017.
"PPMS certification is validation that ConServe's management and operating systems not only meet but exceed the best practices of the collection industry" states Mark Davitt, President and CEO of ConServe. "As a result of our ongoing certification, due to voluntarily going above and beyond industry recommendations, ConServe's practices, policies and dedication to providing quality collection services are endorsed through PPMS in a highly recognizable manner."
ConServe has been ranked as a top-performer by the federal government during specific performance periods and has completed the SSAE 16 Type II Engagement. Accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) with an A+ rating, ConServe is a recipient of the Rochester Business Ethics Award, has recurrently appeared on Inc. Magazine's Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies and has been named a Rochester Top 100 company 13 times in the last 14 years. Training magazine has named ConServe on its Top 125 list of organizations with the most successful learning and development programs in the world, Dale Carnegie has awarded ConServe with the Enthusiasm Award for maintaining a dynamic corporate culture and the Greater Rochester Quality Council has presented ConServe with both the Customer Excellence and Operations Excellence Awards.
The Professional Practices Management System (PPMS) system is a management system for collection agencies based upon developing, implementing and adhering to a set of industry-specific professional practices and policies. The ACA International PPMS program includes 18 basic elements. Developing and documenting a PPMS is the core of the ACA International Agency Certification program.
To be certified to ACA's PPMS, agencies need to demonstrate they have implemented ACA's PPMS. Certification requires an agency to have an independent CPA come to their office and attest to the required information and send it to an independent third-party auditor (who ACA will hire) for review. If the information meets the requirements, certification will be granted.
