ConServe Receives Special Ethics Award for Strong Values

Rochester, N.Y. – Continental Service Group, Inc., d/b/a ConServe, is thrilled to announce that it has been named on the 2017 Rochester's Top Workplaces list in the large employer category for the third straight year.  Additionally, ConServe was the proud recipient of a special Ethics Award for distinguishing itself as a company that operates by strong values and ethics.

The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Workplace Dynamics LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. The survey measures several aspects of workplace culture:  organizational health, individual job factors and employee engagement.  The interplay between these three dimensions of corporate culture define the organizational character.

Organizational health factors, which measure how effectively the team is working together towards a collective goal, focused on alignment (where the company is headed, its values and leaders), execution (how the company is getting to where it aims to go) and connection (employees feel appreciated and that their work is meaningful).  The job factors, aimed at measuring how employees feel about their day-to-day tasks, were calculated by analyzing such categories as an employee's role (training and work/life balance), their manager (he/she cares about the employee's concerns while helping them learn and grow) and pay and benefits. Employee engagement was measured by gauging such factors as retention, motivation and referral.
