Rochester, N.Y. – Continental Service Group, Inc., d/b/a ConServe, proudly announces that it has once again successfully renewed its ACA International Professional Practices Management System (PPMS) accreditation.  As a longstanding PPMS-certified company, 2017 marks 16 years of successive PPMS endorsement for the esteemed and highly-respected accounts receivable management company. Representing the collection industry's standard for quality management, this accolade is earned by less than 1% of collection agencies nationwide.  The current certification is effective from August 2017 through August 2018.

About PPMS

The Professional Practices Management System (PPMS) system is a management system for collection agencies based upon developing, implementing and adhering to a set of industry-specific professional practices and policies. The ACA International PPMS program includes 18 basic elements http://bit.ly/2aQJIpU . Developing and documenting a PPMS is the core of the ACA International Agency Certification program.

To be certified to ACA's PPMS, agencies need to demonstrate they have implemented ACA's PPMS. Certification requires an agency to have an independent CPA come to their office and attest to the required information and send it to an independent third-party auditor (who ACA will hire) for review.
