ConServe Recognized as a Leader in Employer-Sponsored Training

Named on Training Magazine’s Top 125 List for 4th Consecutive Year

Rochester, N.Y. – Continental Service Group, Inc., d/b/a ConServe, proudly announces that they have once again earned a spot on Training magazine’s annual Training Top 125: a listing of organizations with the most successful learning and development programs in the world. Training magazine evaluates and subsequently compiles an international standing of companies that excel in employer-sponsored training and human capital development programs. Ranked #43 on the list, this is ConServe’s fourth time on the list for having a world-class training curriculum. Notably, their ranking continues to climb every year.

Additionally, ConServe’s new onboarding program, aimed at coordinating more closely with their mentoring and employee orientation curriculum, has been recognized as exceptional and has been spotlighted as a Best Practice among the other Top 125 participants. Developed and implemented in 2016, the program was effectively solidified and enhanced throughout 2017.

Training magazine has been the ultimate resource for innovative learning and development—in print, in person, and online—over the last 50 years. Entering its 18th year, the Training Top 125 exact standings for the 125 global finalists are determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative benchmarking factors. The specific rankings were announced yesterday in Atlanta, GA.

According to Will Maron, Director of Organizational Development at ConServe, “To be recognized as a Training Top 125 company for a 4th consecutive year is a tremendous achievement.” He continues “we are very proud to have an Organizational Development Team comprised of talented professionals who are committed to the personal and professional growth of our entire team. It is through their efforts that ConServe’s vision becomes reality: We will provide continuous training for all employees, thereby empowering them to deliver exemplary service in a consistent, compliant, and professional manner. This validation of our consistent, collaborative efforts directly translates to the overall benefit of our organization, our workforce and, ultimately, our highly-valued Clients.”

“The 2018 Training Top 125 winners are game changers,” said Training magazine Editor-in-Chief Lorri Freifeld. “They constantly look for innovative ways to effectively deliver and measure employee training, and they are rewarded with an engaged, passionate workforce and organizational success. Congratulations to these stellar organizations for their unwavering commitment to learning and employee growth!”
