ConServe Spreads Holiday Warmth and Hope to the Homeless

Employees Fund Their Jeans For Charity Program to Support The Buffalo City Mission, The Rochester Open Door Mission and the House of Mercy

Rochester, N.Y. – The employees of Continental Service Group, Inc., dba ConServe, embrace their commitment to improve the human condition.  As a key component of the organization's mission statement, each member of the team contributes to the overarching goal of making the world a better place for their neighbors and their communities as a whole.  In that vein, they recently helped several local agencies better serve the homeless and severely disadvantaged people of our communities by donating the proceeds of their monthly Jeans For Charity program to support their efforts.  The recipient organizations align with ConServe's goal of bringing about positive changes in people's lives.

ConServe's Jeans For Charity program provides its employees with the option of participating in monthly charitable donations in exchange for wearing jeans to work.  In this way, employees are provided with the opportunity to "give back" to their local communities by donating to a diverse group of organizations throughout the year. Even more generosity is shared through the organization's "Matching Gift Program" whereupon corporate funds match all employee donations.  This ongoing initiative symbolizes ConServe's commitment to its corporate mission of helping to improve the human condition.

Rochester Open Door Mission Executive Director, Anna Valeria-Iseman states "The compassion and generosity of ConServe's partnership means struggling men, women and children in our community will experience the joy of the season. If they could, I know the hurting individuals you're helping would thank you for the blessing you are to them at the holidays, and all year round."

ConServe's Public Relations Director, Stacy Bartl, adds "our corporate culture at ConServe revolves around the realization that good people often find themselves in undesirable situations.  Our employees are dedicated to improving people's lives: both professionally as part of their daily jobs –by Fostering Financial Freedom®®, as well as personally in the other aspects of their lives.  Not only is ConServe a committed and compassionate community partner, but our employees are likewise individual ambassadors who embody generosity and empowerment in many varied ways."
