Rochester, N.Y. – Pamela Murphy, Vice President of Compliance at Continental Service Group, Inc., d/b/a ConServe, is among those being recognized by Collection Advisor magazine as a Compliance Guru of 2015. Being credited for having the ability to maintain consistent professionalism and performance amidst a sea of complaints, potential lawsuits and increasing government regulation and legislation, Pam was selected from among a large pool of qualified applicants. The selection committee identified Pam as a leader in her field: effectively implementing the principles of compliance in everything she manages, including teaching compliance courses, establishing a corporate culture of compliance and working with trade organizations to develop guidelines and influence regulators. School Supplies Drive for Area Youth

Rochester, N.Y. – In August, ConServe, recently participated in a company-wide school supply drive to benefit the children within the communities that Habitat for Humanity supports.  The efforts focused on the Rochester and Buffalo Habitat for Humanity branches, where hundreds of volunteers dedicate their time and hard work building and securing homes for families in need.  The school supply drive is intended to help prepare the children of the families benefitted from this wonderful initiative for the upcoming school year.  As part of ConServe's corporate mission of helping to improve the human condition, ConServe employees enthusiastically embrace the opportunity to provide these students with the basic educational resources that will enable them to be successful.

ConServe Supports Local Adopt-A-Highway Cleanup Program

Proud to Assist Monroe County Department of Transportation Initiative

Rochester, N.Y. – ConServe, recently "adopted" a stretch of highway to keep clean in their local community as part of the Adopt-A-Highway program.   The program allows businesses, civic and neighborhood organizations, even families, to "adopt" a stretch of roadway to maintain, usually for two years, and thereby foster a sense of pride.  Work includes picking up trash and raking....even planting flowers. ConServe employees are actively involved in the effort and ConServe has committed to keeping the highway free of liter and debris from the intersection of Routes 96 and 31F to the intersection of Main Street and Route 31F in East Rochester, N.Y.

Rochester, N.Y. – In February, the employees of Continental Service Group, Inc., d.b.a. ConServe, in conjunction with the company's "Matching Gift Program" donated more than $10,940 to the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association in February.  Through its Jeans for Charity, a program in which ConServe employees elect to participate in monthly charitable donations in exchange for the option of wearing jeans to work for the entire month, employees not only gave back to their local communities but also provided funding for education and awareness efforts.  As an extension of their support, employees also participated in National Go Red Day® in which they were encouraged to wear red and adopt positive habits to live longer, healthier lives.
