Over 60 Donors Support Untys and the American Red Cross
Rochester, N.Y. – Continental Service Group, Inc., d.b.a. ConServe, a leading provider of accounts receivable management and collection services for colleges, universities, government and commercial markets is proud to announce over 60 ConServe employees donated a total of 53 pints of blood through blood drives held with Untys and the American Red Cross in March. Their collective donations have the potential to save over 159 lives in local hospitals.

ConServe Jeans for Charity Program Going Strong

ConServe launched a Jeans for Charity Program in 2008, and has consecutively given back to the local community by participating in a monthly campaign benefiting a diverse group of non-profit organizations. ConServe has been inspired by the generosity of their employees and will be offering a "ConServe Matching Gift Program".

Top Performing Collection Team by The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service (BFS)
Rochester, N.Y.- Continental Service Group, Inc., d.b.a. ConServe is pleased to announce that they have once again been recognized as the top performing collection team by The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service (BFS) for the period October 2013 – December 2013. In 2011, ConServe was selected to be one of four Private Collection Agencies who assists the BFS in the collection of non-tax debts owed to the Federal Government.

Good Corporate Citizenship at its Best
Rochester, N.Y. – Continental Service Group, Inc., d.b.a. ConServe employees, donated a total of $3,720 through its Jeans for Charity Program this past December to the Buffalo City Mission and the Rochester Open Door Mission. Additionally employees participated in several holiday initiatives, including a toy drive to benefit Toys for Tots and a canned food drive to benefit Foodlink. Collectively our employees donated more than 300 toys valued at more than $3,000 and collected more than 1,700 pounds of food.

SSAE 16 Effectively Replaced SAS 70 as the Authoritative Guidance for Reporting on Service Organizations

ConServe is proud to announce that they engaged Macpage, LLC to prepare an independent Service Auditor's Report in accordance with Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagement No. 16, Reporting on Controls of a Service Organization (SSAE 16). SSAE 16 is an attestation standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) that allows a service organization to disclose service and process controls to their customers and their auditors.

The Greater Rochester Quality Council presents ConServe with the Gold Award in Customer Excellence
Rochester, N.Y.- Continental Service Group, Inc., d.b.a. ConServe was selected by the Greater Rochester Quality Council (GRQC), a Rochester Business Alliance affiliate, as a Gold Award winner in the Customer Excellence Category. ConServe was selected as a finalist for the award after a formal application process. GRQC Judges then spent an afternoon at ConServe's Corporate Headquarters performing interviews with department leaders to discuss and gain further information regarding ConServe's customer relationships, processes, and improvement plans.

Donating to Gilda's Club of Rochester and Autism Speaks
Rochester, N.Y. – Continental Service Group, Inc., d.b.a. ConServe employees donated $3,570 through its Jeans for Charity Program to Gilda's Club Rochester and Autism Speaks. Gilda's Club provides a meeting place for men, women and children living with cancer, along with their family and friends. Autism Speaks strives to raise public awareness about autism and its effects on individuals, families, and society and is dedicated to funding global biomedical research into the causes, prevention, treatments and a possible cure for autism.
