ConServe Named to Training Magazine 2020 Training Top 125
Best-In-Class Training and Development – Sixth Consecutive Year
Rochester, N.Y. – Continental Service Group, Inc., d/b/a ConServe, proudly announces that they have once again earned a spot on Training magazine 2020 Training Top 125.
The annual list recognizes organizations that provide best-in-class employee training and development. ConServe’s in-house training and employee development program, ConServe UniversityⓇ®, was recognized for the sixth consecutive year, ranking #41 on the 2020 list.
Training magazine recognized the 2020 Training Top 125 winners and revealed their rankings during the Training Top 125 Reflections Gala held last night during the Training 2020 Conference & Expo at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, FL. The Training Top 125 ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, how closely development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives, and their effectiveness in terms of business impact.
This conference provides training professionals with an opportunity to network and gather new ideas and approaches, fresh perspectives on learning and first-hand experience with top training tools and technologies. David Bucciarelli, ConServe’s Director of Organizational Development attended the conference and said, “At ConServe, we remain an advocate of lifelong learning and we provide continuous training for all employees, thereby empowering them to deliver exemplary service in a consistent, compliant and professional manner. It’s great to be among the Top 125 training organizations; we hope that we can inspire more businesses to make a longstanding commitment to professional and personal growth by investing in training.”
