ConServe Donations are Ushering in the Holiday Season

Jeans For Charity Matching Gift Program Supports Eagle Star Housing, Hillside Special Santas, United Way and Veterans Outreach Center

Rochester, N.Y. – The kind-hearted employees of Continental Service Group, Inc., dba ConServe, helped several local agencies ready themselves for the upcoming holiday season by donating the proceeds of their monthly Jeans For Charity program to support their efforts.  The four recipient organizations share a common thread that unites them in their goals:  They all strive to identify critical need in our community and provide assistance and support to empower those with challenges to be successful and enact positive change in their lives.

ConServe's Jeans For Charity program provides its employees with the option of participating in monthly charitable donations in exchange for wearing jeans to work.  In this way, employees are provided with the opportunity to "give back" to their local communities by donating to a diverse group of organizations throughout the year. Even more generosity is shared through the organization's "Matching Gift Program" whereupon corporate funds match all employee donations.  This ongoing initiative symbolizes ConServe's commitment to its corporate mission of helping to improve the human condition.

"Making children's holiday wishes come true is no simple task, but thanks to local companies like Conserve, we're able to do just that.  For the past 15 years, the employees participating in Conserve's Jeans for Charity fundraiser have made a tremendous impact on our program, allowing Hillside's Special Santa Program to provide holiday gifts for thousands of children in our community.  We couldn't do it without them!" said Amy Gallaher, Manager, Special Santa Program.

Stacy Bartl, Public Relations Director at ConServe, adds "helping to improve the human condition is part of our corporate culture at ConServe.  Our employees are dedicated to improving people's lives: both professionally as part of their daily jobs –by Fostering Financial Freedom®®, as well as personally in the other aspects of their lives." Not only is ConServe a committed community partner but our employees are likewise individual ambassadors who embody generosity and compassion in many varied ways."
