Ethics and Compliance Standards Empower Organization to Redefine Collections

Keeping up their tradition of encouraging employees to follow the highest of standards, ConServe announced today that it will again be participating in Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week, organized each year by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE).  As testament to their commitment to always do the right thing, at the right time, the right way, the accounts receivable management company’s Corporate Compliance Team will engage employees with challenging daily trivia contests, fun facts, virtual scavenger hunts, and daily recognition prize drawings the week of November 4.

Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week is an extension of ConServe’s ongoing compliance and ethics program, which is headed by Pamela A. Murphy, Vice President, Ethics and Compliance Officer.  Pam said, “at ConServe, we believe that reinforcing and sharing the fundamental principles of compliance and ethics will serve to positively impact the entire organization and our collective goals.”  She continues, “we have built an overall culture of compliance within our organization – one that focuses on the goals of awareness, recognition and reinforcement.”
