ConServe Recognized as a 2017 Best Call Centers to Work For

Employees Rate Their Company as an Industry Standout

Rochester, N.Y. – Continental Service Group, Inc., d.b.a. ConServe, has earned the distinction of being a 2017 Best Call Centers to Work For. This is the fifth time that ConServe has been recognized by industry excellence programs as part of a collaborative effort of insideARM and Best Companies Group.

The winners were announced last night at insideARM's First Party Summit in Frisco, Texas. This survey and award program was designed to celebrate excellence among call center work environments in customer care, collections, and outsourcing. This year 29 companies, divided into small (15-49 employees), medium (50-149 employees) and large (150+ employees) size categories met the standard to be selected. Now in its 10th year, the program was established by insideARM, the leading independent news and information provider for the Accounts Receivable Management industry, and is administered by Best Companies Group, which conducts over 40 local, national and industry "Best Places" programs each year.

Companies from across the U.S. entered the rigorous two-part survey process to determine the Best Call Centers to Work For. The first part of the survey consists of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consists of a confidential employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores then determine the top companies and their respective final ranking.   Stephanie Eidelman, CEO of insideARM, said "All of us at insideARM applaud the winners on this great accomplishment.
