How ConServe is Responding to COVID-19

The health and well-being of our employees, our Clients, our Vendors, and our community is of the utmost importance to us.  We are continuously monitoring the Monroe County Health Department, NYS Department of Health and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) websites to ensure we have the latest information so that we can assess the status of the situation in conjunction with our Pandemic Response and Business Continuity Policies and Procedures.

On March 11, 2020 the World Health Organization announced that COVID-19 can be characterized as a pandemic.  As efforts begin to shift from containment to mitigation, we would like to share ConServe’s efforts to ensure the safety and health of our employees, their families, our Clients, our Vendors and the community as a whole while continuing to provide and maintain the high levels of performance and Client Service. 

How ConServe is Responding to Regulators

The ConServe utilizes an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) model to monitor and mitigate the risks associated with the Debt Collection industry and, more importantly, to protect the rights of consumers.  ConServe is monitoring local, state, and federal regulators to ensure that we continue to be in compliance with any and all guidance provided during this COVID-19 global pandemic.  If guidance or directives to wholly or partially limit debt collection activities have been issued, ConServe has acted proactively and immediately to ensure that we are complying with this guidance for all of our Clients.  ConServe monitors this guidance daily for any and all updates.  For additional information on state by state guidance please visit our industry resource links below and refer to your internal policies and procedures.
