This strategic business development position is responsible for generating net-new revenue through the sale of ConServe's First-Party Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), customer engagement, customer care, contact center outsourcing, servicing, and related enterprise solutions throughout the United States. The Director of Business Development will identify, develop, and close opportunities within higher education institutions, financial services organizations, utility providers, healthcare organizations, and other mid-to-large enterprise organizations seeking outsourced customer experience and operational support solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of selling complex BPO and customer engagement solutions, building executive-level relationships, and navigating multi-stakeholder procurement and contracting processes. Significant travel throughout the assigned territory and at industry events is required.
