ConServe Receives GRQC Customer Excellence Award
The Greater Rochester Quality Council presents ConServe with the Gold Award in Customer Excellence
Continental Service Group, Inc., d.b.a. ConServe was selected by the Greater Rochester Quality Council (GRQC), a Rochester Business Alliance affiliate, as a Gold Award winner in the Customer Excellence Category. ConServe was selected as a finalist for the award after a formal application process. GRQC Judges then spent an afternoon at ConServe’s Corporate Headquarters performing interviews with department leaders to discuss and gain further information regarding ConServe’s customer relationships, processes, and improvement plans.
“Our commitment to continuously improve allows us to learn more about our Clients’ needs and to ultimately exceed their expectations,” said Pamela Murphy, ConServe’s VP, Privacy and Compliance Officer who accepted the award on behalf of ConServe. “We are extremely proud of this recognition, and we are genuinely looking forward to raising the bar even higher for ourselves next year.”
Members of ConServe’s Compliance, Client Care and Finance Departments accepted the Customer Excellence award at the GRQC Annual Showcase on December 3, 2013, at Locust Hill Country Club in Rochester, N.Y.
