Continental Service Group, LLC d/b/a ConServe is pleased to announce that Audrey Christina Ricucci, Director of Client Development, has been appointed to serve on the Minnesota Collection Network (MCN)’s Board of Directors as an Associate Member. This is a 2-year appointed position that formally begun in December 2024.

The Minnesota Collection Network has served as an organization supporting colleges and universities for over 36 years and provides higher education professionals with the latest trends and regulatory updates within the industry as well as an opportunity for higher education professionals to exchange ideas, information and technology, and form valuable relationships. MCN also sponsors an annual conference for college and university professionals located primarily in the upper Midwest.

For 40 years ConServe has provided third party collection services to higher education institutions and is a longstanding member of the Minnesota Collection Network. Audrey Christina Ricucci said, “I’m thrilled to join the Minnesota Collection Network’s Board of Directors. This opportunity allows me to assist MCN in their goal to enhance communication among those involved in the collection of student accounts receivable and loan programs. I am eager to contribute to an organization that plays such a dynamic role in our higher education industry community, and I look forward to collaborating with my fellow board members to further MCN’s mission and impact.”
