Standing Together to Support Veterans and Strengthen Our Community
Continental Service Group, LLC d/b/a ConServe, in conjunction with the company’s “Matching Gift Program”, donated its August ConServe Cares proceeds to Veterans Outreach Center. The ConServe team supports and funds the efforts of numerous local non-profit agencies that strive to make a difference. As a result of the employees’ compassion, countless lives have been touched and enriched in our community.
George Huyler, Vice President of Human Resources at ConServe, said, “ConServe is proud to support Veterans Outreach Center and the meaningful work they do to help veterans and their families thrive. About Veterans Outreach Center
Veterans Outreach Center, Inc. (VOC) is a nonprofit organization founded in 1973 and dedicated to serving those who serve U.S. Through free, personalized services, VOC empowers veterans across the Finger Lakes region to achieve their goals and find success in civilian life. VOC provides a comprehensive continuum of care at no cost to veterans, regardless of branch, rank, or time served. Services include workforce development and job placement, transitional housing, behavioral health and peer support, legal resources, a fitness center, a barbershop, hydromassage, a Quartermaster program offering food, clothing, and essential goods, and individualized supportive services. VOC’s low-barrier model means veterans can walk through the door any weekday without an appointment.
